It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey Edward Owens of Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Owens and Gayle Owens (Breeze). He is survived by: his wife Carol Owens; his daughter Deborah Schoeniger of Oroville, CA; his siblings, Shereen Salgado (Hector) of San Diego, CA, Susie Evikou of Tempe, AZ and Steve Owens of Texas; his grandchildren, Jessica Hoffman of Lake Tulare, CA and Seth Pearce (Andrea) of Rocklin, CA; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Trevor, Jordyn and Jadyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
