She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie Rae (King) and Daniel Lee Hayes; and her children, Jimmie L. Smith and DeAnna M. Pate. She is survived by: her children, Debra Neal (Tim) of Oxford, Kansas, Raye Storts of West, Texas and Rick Storts (Phila) of Belle Plaine; her grandchildren, Jeremy Neal (Julie) of Texas, Amanda Meranto-Neal (Gianna) of Oklahoma, Cory Storts of Texas, Sara Lenox (Dylan) of Texas, Rick Storts (Cindy) of Derby, Chalisa Lynn of Wichita, Lynessa Roberts of Belle Plaine, David Storts (Mallory), Kristen Storts of Colorado, Tiffany Epley (Curt) of Wichita, Christopher Pate of Texas and Jessica Pate of Texas; her great grandchildren, Brittany McDaniels (Devon), Tyler Neal, Seth Neal, Jillian Neal, Lelend Meranto-Neal, Zayla Meranto-Neal, Kevin Isham, Paige Isham, Mallory Girton, Carsen Girton, Lexi Lynn, Maddie Storts-Roberts, Emma Roberts, Brantley Roberts, Maverick Storts, Molly Storts Maverick Berry, Willow Megnon, Tatum Lenox and Liam Lenox; her great great grandchildren, Lillyn, Cayden McDaniels and Brooks Dunham; and her siblings, Norma Akers of Wichita and Daniel Hayes of Missouri.
A memorial has been established in her name with the Alzheimer's Association.
