She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Abplanalp and Eunice Abplanalp (David); her siblings, Bob Abplanalp, Wilma Williams and Doris Mauldin; and her granddaughter Reagan Marie John.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Collins; her children, Sandi Lee Hedinger (Jim) of Ponca City, OK, Gary Wallace Collins (Joyce) of Baldwin City, KS and Dara Diane John (Mike) of Huntsville, MO; her sister Ruby Moore of Aurora, CO; her sister-in-law Nola Abplanalp of Arkansas City, KS; her grandchildren, Deb, John Chekal of Belle Plaine, IA, Dori, Trent Knobbe of Sylvan Grove, KS, Deron Withers, Hayley, Daron Huyser of Elwood, NE, Hunter, Amanda John of Schertz, TX, Keisha, Austin Rogers of McKinney, TX, Kaci, Richie Bryant of Merriam, KS, Paden and Maegan John of Bentonville, AR; her great grandchildren, Kyler, Maggie Knobbe of Wamego, KS, Jeff Smith of New York City, NY, Rex Chekal of Chicago, IL, Kenzi, Tate Andrews of Lindsborg, KS, Bailey Withers of Wichita, KS, Adam Withers of Augusta, KS, Keeli Knobbe, Brooklyn, Bentley Rogers, Trey, Baby Bryant, Emmett, Cooper, McLane Huyser, Loreley, Gavin and Cora John; and her great great grandchildren, Owen, Ivan Andrews, Ella, Emmie Knobbe and Athena Withers.
