She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cassady and Mary Isabell Cassady (Savage); her spouse A. F. "Del" Pendrak; her son Dennis Pendrak; and her grandchildren, William Joseph Metzen, Jean Elizabeth Metzen, Emily Ramey, Marion Pappan and Walter Pappan.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Metzen (John) of Independence, MO and Brad Pendrak (Jane); her daughter-in-law Lois Pendrak of Nevada, MO; her grandchildren, Ryan Metzen, Jan Hoth (Nick), Gina Pendrak, Lisa Nola (Brandon), Stacy Ashenbrenner (Steve) and Brent Cunningham (Kristina); and her great grandchildren, Jude Metzen, Levi Metzen, Sadie Metzen, Elaine Hoth, Ann Hoth, Will Hoth, Josie Nolan, Dayne Ashenbrenner, Bodyn Ashenbrenner, Brooklyn Ashenbrenner, Talon Cunningham and Tate Cunningham.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established in Ms. Pendrak's name with Shepherd's Grace Church and Cowley County Humane Society.
