He was predeceased by: his grandchild Kristin Blass; his son-in-law Gary McDaniel; his brothers, Chuffy Thresher and James Thresher; and his brothers-in-law, Lawrence Reisbig, Dallas Christensen, Frank Rago and Kindred Hospice.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Debbie McDaniel (Ed Blass) of Porter, Sharla McDaniel (Larry Heltzel) of Noble, Tammy McDaniel of Arkansas City and Alan (Ann Thresher) of Springdale; and his siblings, Orville Lee Jackson of San Jose and Dorothy Aline Malupo of Arkansas City. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
