He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Miller and Dorothy Miller; his nephew Robert Shawn; and his sister-in-law Sandra Ehrlich. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Miller; his daughters, Letha Mitchell (Matthew Adkins) and Christy Gruebel (Seth); his grandchildren, Brandon, Harley, Nathan, Tristan, Killian, Guinness, Finnegan and Jameson; and his siblings, Jean Smith, Dwayne Miller and Judy Collins (Faron). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
