It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Marie Gilmore-Rogers of Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Stover and Irene Stover (Buzzi); her former spouse Thomas Gilmore; and her husband John Rogers. She is survived by: her sons, Kent Gilmore (Patty) of Dayton, MN and Russell Gilmore (Debbie) of Harlingen, TX; and her brothers, Gerry Stover (Mary) of Sapulpa, OK and Ronald Stover (Diane) of Mt. Vernon, IN. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor ACPM Residents Council. Donations may be made through the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home and Crematory, 100 East Kansas Ave., Arkansas City, KS 67005.
