He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ward and Doris Ward Sr. (Houlton); his wife Sara Hockenbury; and his siblings, Glen Ward and Jody Floyd.
He is survived by: his son Eric Ward (Reagan); his granddaughter Elise Ward; and his siblings, Stan Ward, Harry Ward and Marvie Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bible Christian Church or the Early Bird Lions Club, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
