He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Wheeler and Dorothy Wheeler (Yohn). He is survived by: his wife Susan Ann Lock; his sons, Rusty (Angie) of Garden City and Derald (Tina) of Arkansas City, Kansas.; and his brother Roger Wheeler of Buckeye, Arizona.. He is also survived by Two granddaughters, four step-grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 6 nephews, and a host of cousins, and many longtime friends.
