We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2023, at the age of 82, Delbert Ray Oestmann of Arkansas City, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph A. Oestmann and Helen C. Oestmann (Rippe); his wife Darlene Fleming; his son Eric; and his siblings-in-law, Darrell Fleming, Cheryl and Kim Oestmann.
He is survived by: his daughter Lanetta Burdette (David) of Cambridge, KS; his siblings, Comilla Jomp (Gerald) of Wilson, NC, Duane Oestmann (Pattie) of Arkansas City and Marlin Oestmann (Debbie) of Arkansas City; his siblings-in-law, Larry Fleming (Pat) and Jody Rahn (Raymond) of Arkansas City; his grandsons, Curtis Burdette (Morgan) of Grainola, OK and Braden Burdette (Amber) of Cambridge; and his great grandchildren, Bronc and Ridge Burdette. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for the Redeemer Lutheran Church or Good Shepherds Hospice. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
