He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick W. Nulik and Pauline Nulik (Jenista); and his grandparents, J. F., Anna Nulik (Bruey), J. R. and Lydia Jenista (Kubik). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Czechoslovakian Cemetery and sent in care of the mortuary.
