He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Baxter and Frances Baxter (McCool); his spouse Sherrilyn Etoyle Webb; and his sister Phyllis Baxter. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Sims (Greg) of Newkirk, OK and Juli Calabrese (Stanley Dennis) of Wichita, KS; and his grandchildren, Tiffani York (Evan) and Jared Sims.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shelley Family Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
