He is survived by: his wife Sherri Block; his pets, Luci and Thor; his sons, Kevin Mulanix of Seattle, WA and Matthew Mulanix of Seattle, WA; his stepchildren, Tiphannie Lay of Winfield, Tesla Garrett of Ardmore, OK and Christopher Cash of Arkansas City; and his brothers, David Mulanix (Janice) of Granite Bay, CA and Randy Mulanix of Wichita. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
