He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert "Monk" and Nila Marie Bowker (Peters); and his sister Nancy Bowker-Dziedzic. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly of Shelbyville, IL, Kristy of Guthrie, OK and Kimberly of Effingham, IL; and his brothers, Donald Bowker of Arkansas City and Gary Bowker of Winfield, KS. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Arkansas City Fire Department, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
