He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Clark Sr. and Ruby Martha Conley (Hoyt); his sister Ruby Alice Wright; his former wife Zella Jo Ellis; and his wife Nancey Conley.

He is survived by: his children, Judy Evinger (Mike) of Arkansas City, Stacey Cook of Arkansas City, Jim Conley (Carol) of South Portland, ME, John Conley (Cheryl) of Justin, TX, Tom Medlin of Towanda, KS and Tim Medlin of Omaha, NE; and his stepdaughters, Sherry Stone of Cedar Vale, KS, Karen Moser of Wichita, KS and Carol Kill of Grenola, KS. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Those attending visitation or services are required to follow all Covid-19 mandates including the wearing of a mask and social distancing.

A memorial has been established for the American Diabetes Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
