He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence J. "Slim" Mattal and Cecilia Lassa Mattal; his former wife Susan Gagnapnia; his wife Becky Bohrer Hart; his children, Kevin Mattal, Kyle Mattal and Theresa Sutton; his sister Alice Spencer; and his stepchildren, Larry, Beverly, Laura and Kim. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made with the St. Patrick Grade School, the St. Trinity High School or Nashville Senior Center, all in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
