She is survived by: her husband Frank Blenz; her sons, Richard Blenz of Fayetteville, GA and Curtis Blenz (Annabel) of Omaha, NE; her brother David Faulkner of Nickerson, KS; her grandsons, Hunter and Weston; and her nieces, Whitney Reid, Jamie Muesenfechter and Michele Faulkner.
