He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Dow and Florene Dow (Cravens); his wife Margaret A. Bailey; and his siblings, Roy Dow, Thomas Dow, Clara Bullard and Charlotte Lee.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dianna Armfield (Bart) and Tracy Plantz; his grandchildren, Tanner Armfield of Wichita, Paige Armfield of Wichita, Megan Plantz of Wichita and Blair Armfield of Dallas, TX.; and his siblings, Fay Dow (Delilah) of Missouri, Kenny Dow of Arkansas City, Alberta Babb (Jim) of Arkansas City, Bonnie Leger (Larry) of Sunset, LA. and Ada Dow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established with the Arkansas City Rec Center.
