He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cullum and Trudy Cullum (Childrey); and his siblings, Betty Vickers, Joyce Cullum, Kenneth Cullum and Franklin Cullum.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Cullum; his children, Brandi Cullum, Bobbi Lechlider, Shelly Bonner, Steven Cullum, Sherrie Cullum, Desiree Cullum, Peggy Wyckoff (Frank), Cindy Huff (Raymond), Johnny LeClair and Debra Creekmore; and his siblings, Jessie Pounds and Shirley Stafford. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Charlie may be made to the Shelley Family Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
