We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2021, at the age of 82, Carol Ann Phelps (Arkansas City, Kansas), born in Beattie, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Orr and Myrtle Orr; her husband Charlie Phelps; her siblings, Billy Orr, Janet Jeanneret and Dorothy Pacha; her niece Chris Stevens; and her nephews, Jeff and Greg Orr.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Phelps of Lincoln, KS; her children, Tom (Bonnie), Brenda (Kevin) and Julie (Kory); her grandchildren, Jayce (Clare), Trent, Annie, Joe, Quinn, Sam and Sadie; and her great grandchildren, Lucca, Maela and Reana.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Central Christian Church in Arkansas City, KS or Good Shepherd Hospice Care. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
