It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Leon Brogan of Arkansas City, Kansas, born in Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brogan and Marjorie Brogan (Nicholson); and his brother Patrick Brogan. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Gonzalez (Rick), Gary Brogan (Vicki), Donella Johnson, Nancy Crowell (James Boomsma), Janice Winters, Marty Ware (Tom), Linda Sinnett and Dana Denton (David). He is also survived by nine nieces and seven nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Pat Brogan Scholarship Fund or the Elk County Rodeo Association. Donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City or mailed to Dana Denton, 150 South Forest, Howard, KS 67349.
