He was predeceased by: his cousins, Robyn Allison and Nicki Puckett. He is survived by: his parents, Oscar Mattocks of Cedar Vale and Linda Mattocks (Hull) of Sedan; his wife Cherie Dowler; his sons, Collin Ford (Taylan) of Ponca City, Miles Juul of Shidler, Braiden and Brigam Mattocks; his siblings, Bronika Mattocks of Cedar Vale and Brian Whiteker of Grant City, Missouri; and his granddaughter Breckynn Ford.
