He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Tipton and Vera Tipton; his brother Raymond G. Tipton (Betty); his brother-in-law Elwin Shurts (Betty); his nephews, Mike Gardner and Terry Tipton; his grandson Jason Tipton; his great grandchildren, Maycom Ball and Jaden Esquivel; and his great great grandchild Arielle Daily.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his children, Ray Tipton (Kathy) of Montana, Gary Tipton (Carol) of Oklahoma, Virginia Ball (Clifford) and Rod Tipton of Arkansas City; his sister Belva Gardner; his sister-in-law Violet Beyer; his grandchildren, Cammy Boone, Jeana Ball, Cody Ball, Brandy Flower, Bridget Balch, Jamie Tipton, Shawn Tipton, Caleb Tipton, Casey Tipton, Chad Tipton and Jesse Esquivel; his great grandchildren, Paige Smith, Olivia Bates, Jordan Retzer, Alexis Boone, Adelya, Pake Ball, Brailea Tipton, Adisen, Hayes Balch, Kelly, Walker, Colton, Louis, Shylah, Dawson Tipton, Kaiden and Leighton Esquivel; and his great great grandchild Ayla Retzer. He is also survived by 3 step grandchildren. 8 step great grandchildren and 1 step great great grandchild.
