Annemarie Johnson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annemarie Johnson of Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on September 21, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Orville Johnson (Germany); her son Ben Leroy; and her brother Walter. She is survived by: her children, Stefanie Darlington (John) of Mason, Ohio and Dirk Johnson (Kimbra) of Montgomery, Texas; her grandchildren, Tyler, Ashley Holmes, Adam Willett, Megan Darlington and Emma Darlington; her great grandchildren, Harper and Beckham Holmes; and her sister Dorothea Heinz (Frank Wackett).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor Employee Scholarship Fund in appreciation for the kind and compassionate care she received there.
