He was predeceased by: his grandparents, E. H. "Bus", Allene Lewman, J. W. and Jean Hawkins; his uncle Darrell Lewman; his brother Jake Womack; and his stepmother Sandy Lewman.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry E. Lewman and Jaynie J. Hawkins; his pet Duke; his daughters, Adryan Hodges (Jessen) of Lamonte, OK and Kaci Lewman of Lawton, OK; his siblings, Russell Lewman (Kim Walling) and Brandy Smith; his niece Gracie Smith; and his uncle J. W. Hawkins of Arkansas City. He is also survived by five step-sisters, and numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial has been established for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
