He is survived by: his children, Nancy Jelinek (Gene Corns), Jane Boozalis (Steve) and Jeff Jelinek (Jeanne); his grandchildren, Russell Jelinek (Melissa), Amy Latta (Ross), Tyler Jelinek, Sara Roberts (Dylan), Ted Boozalis and Emily Boozalis (Scott Gilmore); and his great grandchildren, Sedona, Marguerite Jelinek, Ty, Brody and Drake Latta. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials in memory of Martin may be made to the Bluff City United Methodist Church and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
