She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Carlson and Alpha Cook (Francis); her husband Bill Giesen; her sister-in-law Barbara Cook; her nephew Richard Carlson Cook; her daughter-in-law Janet Beth Giesen; and her granddaughter Leah Katherine Giesen.
She is survived by: her brothers, Eldon Cook of Wellington and Bob Cook (Barry) of Leawood, Kansas.; her sons, Billy (Andi) of Anthony, Brad (Pam) of Anthony, Ron (Bonny) of Anthony, Rich (Joni) of South Coffeyville and Scott (Diann) of Douglass, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Beth Zahradnik (JC), Jessica Kinney (Tray), Alex Fender (Nick), Aspen Davis (Nathen), Auni Williams, Russell Giesen (Angela), Leslie Gerber (Joel), Jenny Lewallen (Barry), Bryan Giesen, Briana Zimmerling, Brogy Giesen (Edna), Abigail Giesen, Carli Cunningham (Tyler), Madison DeAnda (Matthew), Lyndi Jo Giesen, Preston Giesen (Jessica) and Kattie Frakes (Duane); and her great grandchildren, Clarksly, Carter, Monroe, Deacon, Daniel, Jayvyn, Gramerci, Logan, Collins, Aliya, Kamille, Serenity, Cameron, Malik, Harper, Stella, Cora, Abe, Ruben, Ike, Grace, Lilly, Claire, Mattox Jack, Twyla, Oliver, Theo, Dawson, Waylon, Kendal, Camille, Colton and Cooper.
