She was predeceased by: her father David Payne; her husband Richard Garlow; her brother Steve "Buck" Payne; and her niece Jamie Garlow. She is survived by: her mother Mary Mize (Kane); her daughters, Lynda Newberry (Dustin) and Jodi Garlow; her stepfather Max Mize; her grandchildren, Austin Newberry, Kierstin Newberry (Eric Vogt), Kaitlin Newberry, Kylin Newberry, Kambrin Newberry and Randell Newberry; and her siblings-in-law, Angie Payne (Ed Cronin), Steve Garlow (Nancy) and Gary Garlow (Kathy). She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arrowhead West -Eastland House, where Lori's daughter, Jodi, resides, and may be sent in care of Prairie Rose Funeral Home, 602 E. Main St., Anthony, KS 67003.
