He was predeceased by: his father Phillip James. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Lena Arnett (George); his children, Lindsey Arnett, Nicholas Arnett and Misty Latta; and his grandchildren, Adrianna, Isaiah, McKinley, Zyles and Wilbur. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Manchester Cemetery.
