He is survived by: his wife Dayle Ruby Smith; his children, Diana, Tice (Micol), Christina Normandin (Pat), Heather Caylor and Michael Chisholm; his grandchildren, Megan, Matthew, Logan, Joseph and Kaylee; his great grandchildren, Connor, Jason and Carter; and his nephew Gary Reed (Cynthia).
