She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Elmer and Alma Pearl Milligan (Pruett); her husband Earl Rickards; her sisters, Helen Byers, Gladys Martin and Dorothy Strickland; her children, Ann Gressel and Ranger Scott; and her grandson Cory Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Geier (Richard) of Augusta, Kansas, Virgil Scott (Linda) of Afton, Oklahoma, Larry Scott (Christy) of Wellington, Kansas, Lester Scott (Deborah) of Tampa, Florida and Brad Scott (Kathie) of South Haven, Kansas; and her daughter-in-law Josie Scott of Burbank, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 8 granddaughters, 8 grandsons, 24 great-granddaughters, 18 great-grandsons and 4 great-great granddaughters.
A memorial fund has been established in her loving memory to Good Shepherd Hospice, 1323 North A Street, Wellington, Kansas 67152 and South Haven Community Church, 314 North Main, South Haven, Kansas 67140.
