She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Berland and Fedora Berland; and her husband Gilbert Lietz. She is survived by: her children, Richard J. Lietz (Catherine) and Suzanne Hatfield (Andrew). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
