It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Cook of Andover, Kansas, born in Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Fredrick and Maxine Crosby Woodworth. He is survived by: his wife Heather Cook; his children, Matthew Morton, Joshua Cook, Kyle Cook and Evan Cook; his sister Lori Cook; his niece Hayley; his nephew Nikolas (Gini); his great-nephew Nolan; and his former wife Nancy Morton. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
