It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis C. Barr of Andover, Kansas, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Barr and Isabella Barr (Harth); his wife Jeanne Barr; and his son Joseph Barr. He is survived by: his children, Mary Yates and Peter Barr; his grandchildren, Maydelline Chang, Gabriela Wright (KJ), Shaylee Yates, Hannah Barr, Naomi Barr and Benjamin Barr; and his great grandchildren, Stephen, Kathleen and Kahlani.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, donations may be left in care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
