He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mina Bowers and Seery; his cousin Wayne; and his children, Robin Speer (Joe), Barney Rahal (Lois) and Nancy Carroll (Barry). He was also cherished by 7 Grandchildren, 3 1/2 Great-Grandchildren, cousins, and Dr. Pepper (cat).
Due to the pandemic, services will be private.
