He is survived by: his children, Dorothy Kuehl (Tony), Shelly Oswald, Mike Etienne (Lori) and Bill Ballew (Darlene); and his brother Wayne Etienne. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
