He is survived by: his wife Dawn Bishop of Catoosa, OK; his children, Jennie Bishop-Mueller (Scott) of Sapulpa, OK and Aaron Anglea of Tulsa, OK; his brother Kenneth (Susan) of Haysville, KS.; his grandchildren, Cody, Taylor and Faith; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Zoey and Wyatt.
