She was predeceased by: her parents, Chelsey Fowler and Eva Fowler (Hicks); and her siblings, Ruby, Yvonne, Chelcey, Jimmy and Walter.
She is survived by: her son David of Andover Kansas; her husband Leonard Bornhoft; her children, Wanda Voss (Tim) of Edmond Oklahoma and Tinea Showalter (Dick) of Rose Hill; her grandchildren, Sawyer Voss (Barbie), Nicole Showalter (Charlie Schneider), Emily John (Blake), Abby Showalter, Ella Moore (Chase) and Mackenzie Showalter (Alex Gustafson); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Heidi Voss, Barrett, Ellie Cate and Nathan John; and her siblings, Wanda Westerman of Shawnee, OK, Pearl Liester of Shawnee, OK, Betty Southers (Jerry) of Shawnee, OK and Ernest Fowler (Carolyn) of El Reno, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
