He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Joseph and Ester Beltran (Harrmann); and his nephew Don Siggelkow. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Rice; his stepdaughter Emma; his children, Christopher Stephan Beltran of Arkansas, Erik Peter Beltran of Colorado, Ann Elizabeth Beltran Willgrube (Dave Egner) of Washington, Sarah Marie Beltran of Minnesota and Heather Suzanne Beltran Rahael of Florida; his grandchildren, Nicole, Travis, Hadley, John, Dylan and Madison; his great grandchild Micah Kubow; his stepchildren, Roger Parrish-Siggelkow (Marnie), Midge Mogck (Tim) and Julie Swedburg (Brian); his stepgrandchildren, Erin, Nora, Peter, Jordan, Rachel, Charlie, Hannah, David, Zachary, Jonathan and Samantha; and his daughter-in-law Helen Siggelkow.
Memorial Contributions be made out to the Prader-Willi Association, Robert J. Dole Veterans Administration-Hospice, First Baptist Church - Missions, or World Vision, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
