He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lynn Simon of Andover, KS; his daughters, Ashley Simon Clifton (Gary) of Wichita, KS and Sindee Simon (Greg McKenna) of Lubbock, TX; his stepchildren, Michael Moore (Toshiko) of Andover, KS, Michelle Moore, Gabriel Moore of Belle Plaine, KS and Mary Moore of Wichita, KS; his sisters, Susan Detar (David) of Pleasant Lake, IN and Jill Hughes of Pleasant Lake, IN; and his grandchildren, Erin Gabriel, Paige Gabriel and Easton Moore.
