He is survived by: his sons, David Reed, Jr. and John Reed; his sister Tammy Reed; his son Andrew Reed of Wichita; his stepdaughter Kimber Kasitz (Gary) of Wichita; his siblings, Dennis Reed (Kathy) of Pahrump, NV., Susan McDaniel of Arrow Rock, MO and Lisa Young (Robert) of Sedalia, MO.; and his grandchildren, Hayley Jennings, Emma, Katie, Grant Kaiser, Jaden and Lexi Kasitz.
