He is survived by: his son Jaxon; his parents, Rod Moore and Beth Moore; his brother Josh Moore; his sister-in-law Kinzie Moore; his sister Chelsie Wheeler; his brother-in-law Zachary Wheeler; and his grandmother Phyllis Moore. He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces (Chris, Rylan, Kasen, Sophia, and Madison), Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and friends.
