He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde McKinney and Sina Lee "Rushing" McKinney; his children, Steve McKinney (Shelley), Mark McKinney (Susayn Brandes), Darlene Miller (Thomas), Kathy Glover (Ted) and Sheila Doyle (Cary); and his siblings, Charles Milburn (Louise) of Lyons, KS and Eunice Copp of St. Louis, MO. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
