He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar and Eula; and his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda Pfenninger and Paula Horsch; his grandchildren, Tyler Booth, Cody Booth and Ashley Carpenter; his great grandchild Aston Gustavus; his siblings, Lois Mackey, Virginia Adkins, Fern Nicholas, Betty Lansdown and Bill Land; and his close friend Toni Hall.
