She is survived by: her mother Ruth Ann Smith (Fraizer); her husband Rick Conn; her sons, Dugan Smith (Mallory), Grady Tole of Alex Conn and Dylan Conn; her sisters, Mycal Miles, J. D. Pulido, Arianna Hoskinson, Amanda Pulley and Lori Baumann; and her grandchildren, Breyton, Talyn, Oaklyn Smith and Jayton Tole.
