He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill and Ernestine Matcalf. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his children, Billie Jo Chaffin, Carter Brown, Gabe Chaffin and Dylan Chaffin; his parents, Joe Chaffin and Dana Chaffin; and his brothers, Joe Chaffin Jr. and Lance Chaffin (Amber Hitcher). He is also survived by Many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
