He was predeceased by: his brother Troy Underwood; his grandfather Than "Woody" Underwood; his niece Adalynn Underwood; his uncles, Troy, Trent and Tim Underwood; and his aunt Tabatha Underwood.
He is survived by: his parents, Todd Underwood and Deana "Robin" Voight; his children, Jadyn, Nova Pharis and Aidan Underwood of Wichita; his siblings, Travis Underwood (Brandie), Trevor Underwood and Tessa Underwood; his stepmother Dana Underwood of Oogalah, OK; and his grandmother Nancy Underwood of Andale. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
