She is survived by: her mother Diane Ward (Parkhurst) of Goddard; her close friends, Danita and Stefanie; her husband Randell Cook of Hutchinson; her children, Jake Cook (Angela) of Andale and Amanda Roark (Shane Gorges) of Andale; her grandchildren, Emmarie Cook, Noah Roark, Chase Cook and Jacob Cook; and her pet Izzie.
