We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2019, at the age of 84, Gilbert Simon (Andale, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Rohlman; and his siblings, Bernard, Lawrence, Edward, Sylvester, Dennis and Margaret Hommertzheim.

He is survived by: his son William (Colwich); his son-in-law David Rohlman; his daughter Denise Childers (James) of Greenbrier, AR.; and his siblings, Alphonse, James, Eugene, Mardella Freund and Anita Wells. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
