She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Simon and Evelyn Simon (Patry); her son Andrew Chism; her niece Cari Carlene Brennan; her parents-in-law, Barb Simon, Robert "Bo" McHenry and Kenny Lubbers; her great-niece Clare Mahood; and her great-nephew Tommy Vilkanskas.
She is survived by: her husband Tom; and her siblings, Paul (Jeanette), Jim Colwich (Joleen), Bill Indian (Cathy), Chuck Wichita (Colleen), Pat McHenry, Kathy Brennan (Ed), Margie Gruenbacher (Paul), Mt Hope and Marcy Moreno (Mike). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
